We actively engage with local schools, colleges and university to develop future staff within the childcare sector. Many people who took up a volunteer / student placements with us moved on to become regular staff either within our nursery or with other good providers of early years education.
All volunteers and students placed with us undergo a program of Induction and are allocated a mentor to work with.
Naturally, we demand a good standard of conduct and behaviour from people placed with our nursery and require them to be presentable and professional at all times.
