Tara Lougheed
Nursery Manager
Tara is in-charge of day-to-day running of the Nursery and is responsible for providing safe, high quality education and care for our children; fulfilling legal and statutory requirements. She leads and manages staff on a day-to-day basis and liaises closely with parents, carers and officers of local authority.
She is the lead officer on child protection & safeguarding to ensure concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
Tara has achieved:
*BA (Hons) in Early Years and Education
*Safeguarding Level 1
*First Aid in Pediatrics
*Food Safety Level 2

Shalina Miah
Deputy Manager
Shalina provides an effective supervision in ensuring that all Nursery policies, procedures and protocols are fully implemented and complied with. She is also in-charge of supporting both short-term and long-term planning of educational activities in the nursery and supporting the individual development of all children.
Shalina has achieved:
*Bsc. (Hons) in Science
*NVQ Level 3 Childcare Learning & Development
*Safeguarding Level 1
*First Aid in Pediatrics
*Food Safety Level 2
Kaniz Fathema
Blossom (2-3 years) Trainee Leader
Kaniz plays a supervisory role to ensure full compliance of Nursery policies and procedures. Ensuring that children are safe and making progress in compliance to the EYFS. Kaniz is the lead in supporting Inclusion within the setting.
Kaniz also acts as a line-manager for Trainee Early Year Practitioners and is a key-person for Blossom Group.
Kaniz has achieved:
*NVQ Level 3 Childcare studies
*Safeguarding Level 1
*First Aid in Pediatrics
*Food Safety Level 2
Rosheen Khan
Blossom (2-3 years) Room Leader
Rosheen supports Blossoms area in all aspects of their learning, development and safety. Transitioning form Blossoms to Poppies class and manages key children portfolios within her group.
Rosheen has achieved:
*NVQ Level 3 Childcare studies
*Safeguarding Level 1
*First Aid in Pediatrics
*Food Safety Level 2
